Why We Do What We Do
Throughout the year, we hold several events that help young men and women attend Trade Schools, guide them on their path while providing mentorships, scholarships, and after-school placement.
The trades industry is in critical need of the next generation of skilled professionals—and that’s where we come in. With the support of generous sponsors, dedicated attendees, and committed donors, we actively seek out young men and women with the drive and potential to thrive in trades such as welding, mechanical, electrical, and oil & gas. Through strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Transocean, Noble Drilling, Meyer, Lincoln Electric, and many others, we help guide these students toward meaningful careers. Not only do we provide life-changing opportunities to those who may not have had access otherwise, but we also strengthen the future of the trades by delivering a motivated, intelligent, and well-prepared workforce to the companies that power our world.
